1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first.
    To cancel an order, please email us at support@usawholesaletrade.com with your order details.
  • After Shipping:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases: ✅ Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Item is out of stock and cannot be shipped
✅ Order canceled within the eligible time frame

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases: ❌ Change of mind after shipping
❌ Minor color or design variation (due to digital images)
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer
❌ Custom, bulk, or special orders (unless defective)

4. Return Process

  • Notify us at support@usawholesaletrade.com within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Provide order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will share the return instructions.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side (wrong/damaged product).

5. Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
